Liabilities, Returns and Exchanges Policy

Liabilities

Our merchandise will be thoroughly checked to ensure that they are mailed out in best of condition.
For meet up transactions, checking of merchandise will be conducted on the spot before transacting.

Returns

If you believed that the goods supplied to you are faulty or defective in any way, please email us at admin@dernierqueen.com bearing the following format:

	Customer Name
	RMA Number (Invoice No)
	Contact Number
	Email
	Item Description
	Item Fault

We will contact you within 3 working days to investigate and agree to the most appropriate resolution.

Please take note that due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Lingerie.

• All returns must be in the original packaging with tags intact within 3 working days upon receipt.
• If there are signs for us to believe that the item has been washed or worn, we reserve the right not to do a return or exchange.
• In such circumstances, no refund or replacement will be offered.
• Defective merchandise can only be replaced with another item of the same description subjected to stock availability.
• If there is no stock for the specified defective merchandise, customer may choose to exchange for other item of equal or lower value.
• The difference in value shall be refunded accordingly.
• Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
• For replacement items, customers will not be charged again for delivery.
• Replacement items are shipped via Normal Mailing within 3 working days.
• Additional cost shall be borne by the customer should he / she requested for other forms of shipping for replacement items.
• Please note that only a one time exchange is allowed for every order made.
• The company reserves all rights to decide on the delivery mode should the latter becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
